We visited Napa Nissan to test drive an Ariya. 2 hours later we left having bought the car, filled out the paperwork, completed everything - record time. The two employees were laid back, no pressure, friendly - the best car buying experience in our 40 years of buying cars. No addons were mentioned, no gimmicks, the price was exactly the same from beginning to end. We will definitely look here first in the future. Car buying as it should be.
One of the best experiences I could have asked for when purchasing a car! Jason didn't try to talk me out of or change my mind about the specific car I wanted, and both him and Armando went above and beyond to help transfer the car from another dealership. The entire process was incredibly smooth and I will definitely be bringing my car here all my service work!

I brought in my used Nissan Titan for servicing that I had purchased elsewhere as Napa did not have one in inventory. The service department starting with Josh the service writer was gracious and responsive in getting back to me with quotes. When I dropped off the service manager was professional and thorough as well as tech stepping in with suggestions. Really nice family-owned dealership. I bought a used car from them and it was very easy. They put the Carfax report online along with a video of the vehicle and all necessary details. They had cleaned and serviced the vehicle, and they fueled it up before we left. They pointed out the little cosmetic flaws, and everything was as described when we test drove it. All in all they were very professional and we were in and out of there within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

Napa Nissan has been my place of business when buying or leasing cars for myself, family, and friends for over 25 years. The owner and the entire team is helpful, polite, efficient and professional at all times. I find it alwayas a pleasant experience.
This had to be my finest experience, shopping for and purchasing a vehicle. The staff were excellent and attentive to my needs. They worked very well as a team. I never at any time felt pressured to purchase . I test drove the cars that I liked. And when I made up my mind to follow through with the purchase, I feel they worked hard to give me the best deal possible with a great warranty at minimal cost. I had a problem with my car stalling in which the car won't move even if you put the pedal to the floor. Then it loses electric power. There was no engine light lit. I have a personal OBD scanner and it showed issues with Transmission and camshaft. It was checked by another shop and they found no problems with the battery and alternator. My son's car had engine problems, so the need was urgent. car guru said their deal was excellent and good price, so I got preapproved. They are small, independent, fair, flexible, honest. We left with his new-to-you car and he went back to work. It is supposed to work like that, no games. Highly recommend.

I had narrowed my choices down to the Mazda CX-5, the Honda CRV, and the Nissan Rogue. After driving the Rogue, I knew I could skip the other two. The car is a dream to drive, and Jason and the rest of the Nissan team made the whole process smooth sailing from start to finish.
Well, I purchased the car off the lot as is nine months ago to my surprise a sensor went out on it and I thought it was a transmission fortunately Vince setting up a Nissan took it in told me it was wrong and it turned out to be a transmission and gave me a very, very fair price on the work thank you

Traveling for business, I called my local Nissan dealership. The receptionist answered very polite said she thinks they provide free charging, However wanted to confirm so she put Kip on the line and sure enough he said yes, I can charge my Nissan Ariya here. He went a step further and said come inside if I need to use the restroom. (My vehicle is a 2023 -6 months old from a different dealership) Excellent Customer Service here!
