We visited Napa Nissan to test drive an Ariya. 2 hours later we left having bought the car, filled out the paperwork, completed everything - record time. The two employees were laid back, no pressure, friendly - the best car buying experience in our 40 years of buying cars. No addons were mentioned, no gimmicks, the price was exactly the same from beginning to end. We will definitely look here first in the future. Car buying as it should be.

One of the best experiences I could have asked for when purchasing a car! Jason didn't try to talk me out of or change my mind about the specific car I wanted, and both him and Armando went above and beyond to help transfer the car from another dealership. The entire process was incredibly smooth and I will definitely be bringing my car here all my service work!

what a awesome experience was to do business with Jason..From the start to finish he was genuine, no dealer tricks and no B.S. Introduced himself and asked me which car was calling my name. gave me the keys and told me to take it for a ride. took it for a 10 minute ride came back and got down to business. What I liked about Jason was that he didn't see me as another customer that like other dealership will try and see how much money we can bleed out for this guy. He was straight forward with the price and no add on fees. paper work was proof that he was being real on price and no hidden fees. during the process we shared stories and experience of life events, and even my mom got a good laughs from him. So thank you Jason for being a straight forward, real genuine person. thanks for the wonderful hospitality and for offering us snacks and drinks. hope to see u there in the next 4 years for my next purchase.

I brought in my used Nissan Titan for servicing that I had purchased elsewhere as Napa did not have one in inventory. The service department starting with Josh the service writer was gracious and responsive in getting back to me with quotes. When I dropped off the service manager was professional and thorough as well as tech stepping in with suggestions. I ran service and parts departments for 35 years and I felt really comfortable with this dealership. I left it in there and look forward to future transactions Bob Coffin

Really nice family-owned dealership. I bought a used car from them and it was very easy. They put the Carfax report online along with a video of the vehicle and all necessary details. They had cleaned and serviced the vehicle, and they fueled it up before we left. They pointed out the little cosmetic flaws, and everything was as described when we test drove it. All in all they were very professional and we were in and out of there within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.
